Returns and Cancellations

PRODUCT RETURNS

If you wish to replace or return your order, you can do so easily and quickly. You can replace or return part or all of the order as long as the limit of 14 days has not been exceeded from the day the order was received by the customer.

To do this you should:

·         Either by calling at +357 96 689225 or by email at info@onevisit.com.

·         Either by using the special withdrawal form which you can find here, and send it to us, completed, at info@onevisit.com.

·         Either directly in a store by presenting the receipt of the order you wish to replace at the checkouts. If you wish you can also send the product back with ACS/AKIS express after informing us first. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. A product can only be returned or exchanged if it is in the original condition in which was received without any damage. In the case of a refund after it has been accepted, shipping costs are not refundable.You can also replace a product in the form of a credit (voucher) where you can use it for purchases only from physical stores and in a period of 6 months from the day of its issue.

ORDER CANCELLATION

In case that you wish to cancel an order you placed in our online store, you can do it by contacting +357 96 689225 or by email at info@onevisit.com. providing us the number and name of the order. If the order was prepaid then we will refund the money back to the account you paid with. But it is important to do this before the order is prepared and sent for pickup or delivery.
