DELIVERY METHODS AND COLLECTION

We provide you with delivery to the address of your choice, while you have the option of choosing the day and time of delivery. For this service you will need to provide us with the following complete information:

(Name, phone, address, number, postal code, day and time of delivery)

Collection from the One Visit Solution service point of your choice. To receive your order, you have to provide us the number of your order, which you will find it in the email that will be sent to you upon you complete the order. Collections from the company's store are made from Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 16:00.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time of orders for Limassol and Paphos provinces is guaranteed within 2 hours, while for the rest of the provinces within the next 2 working days. You also have the possibility to choose the day and time of delivery depending on the possibility.

SHIPPING COST

For orders of €100 and more, shipping is free.

RULES OF DELIVERY SERVICE

Delivery service (except courier service) does not include unloading, lifting and transportation of goods, these are separate services.

Delivery takes place after you confirm readiness to receive the goods. On the day of delivery, please keep in touch with our driver who will call you before the delivery takes place for any clarifications.

In case the driver fails to deliver the order to you, you can reschedule the delivery time or adjust the order by contacting us in time.

If access to the place of unloading is difficult, then the car will stop at the closest distance from it, without violating road traffic rules and excluding the possibility of damage in transit.

You can pay for the delivery in advance in any convenient way, through the website JCC Smart, JCC Link as well as on-site with cash before the start of unloading.

For orders abroad, the customer is responsible for the cost of transporting his order.
