b) in all cases where there was a problem/real defect in the product (function or quality) which is covered by the product warranty, provided that the warranty was given by A.M. One Visit Solution Ltd. Not included in this provision are products covered by guarantees from third parties, such as the product manufacturer or his representatives.
In any case and for all above cases, the product(s) for replacement and/or repair need to be accompanied by the original sales receipt. All products for replacement and/or repair must be in the state received, complete and undamaged and with the original packaging (matching the IMEI) in excellent condition, together with all the documents accompanying the product upon delivery.
